For Email-Based Complaints:

1. A written complaint describing the events and the full case,
2. Copy of suspicious email taken from the first recipient. 
3. Copy of forwarded email should be avoided.
4. Full Suspended Email Subject.
5. Email copy and title should be in both hard and soft form (with CD-R only).
6. Short text about the case
7. Copy of suspicious email as received by the first recipient (forwarded emails should be avoided)
8. Complete suspicious email subject
9. Hard and soft copies of the alleged email and its subject
10. Make sure soft copy is available on CD-R ....

For complaints based on social media:

1. Copy or screenshot of suspected profile and/or content or screenshot URL of suspected content,

2Hold and soft copies of suspected content (ensure soft copy is provided in the CD-R form).

Online Banking / Internet Services / Lottery Scam / Fraudulent Telephone Complaints:

Net Banking / ATM Complaints:
